Escalier en colimaçon

Created for the "Visible Invisible" exhibition at the Château de Versailles, this ephemeral metal spiral staircase was designed to allow access to an exhibition space hosting Nan Goldin's works.

This removable steel structure was custom designed to be able to fit into the space without touching the structure and meet local security standards.

A 3D scan of the place was carried out to allow optimal integration of the staircase into the old walls of the Petit Trianon.
